Abstract

Strengthening entrepreneurial capacity through the identification of red and white cooperative business ideas and opportunities can increase profits that will have an impact on improving the economy and community welfare. The purpose of this activity is to strengthening entrepreneurial capacity, which includes the identification of red and white cooperative business ideas and opportunities on the southern island of Dullah, Tual City. The stages of this activity include: 1) Training on the identification of business ideas and opportunities and the evaluation of business ideas. 2) Evaluate the level of understanding of participants related to red and white cooperative business ideas and opportunities. Training uses hands-on practice methods, and evaluation uses quizzes with questionnaire. The results of the study show that the knowledge of the participants' entrepreneurial capacity in determining and analyzing red and white cooperative business ideas and opportunities has increased. The training of business ideas and opportunities has run smoothly and has been able to increase the entrepreneurial capacity of red and white cooperatives in villages and sub-districts in South Dullah Island District, namely 0% do not understand, 4% do not understand, 11% understand, and 84% understand very well. The type of village and red and white cooperative business needs to be developed and needs regular assistance and evaluation in the five red and white cooperatives in the South Dullah Island District.
